CHIA PUDDING

Chia seeds are an excellent source of calcium! That’s good news if you are lactose intolerant.

3 tbsp chia seeds
200 ml milk of your choice (coconut, almond, soy, etc)
2 tbsp of maple syrup or agave syrup or honey

Mix ingredients and leave in the fridge overnight.
Add fresh fruits and enjoy it for a healthy breakfast.
