DSC_0463.JPGWhoever tried this cake was amazed it was actually made without butter! Literally everyone wanted the recipe. The secret for a soft and chocolaty cake is to use good quality cocoa powder.

3 eggs
250 gr sugar
130 ml water
130 ml vegetable oil
250 gr flour
16 gr baking powder
60 gr cocoa powder (unsweetened)

1. Whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy
2. Add water and oil
3. Add flour gradually, then the yeast and finally the cocoa powder: mix well
4. Bake for 45 minutes at 180° or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean
