I have mixed chia pudding with coconut soy yogurt for this super breakfast: lots of vitamins and healthy energy. Chia seeds are amongst the healthiest foods on the planet and are loaded with nutrients important for body and brain. Excellent breakfast for a busy day ahead.

From the bottom I have layered:
chia pudding mixed with coconut soy yogurt
coconut soy yogurt
desiccated coconut

you can add muslei for a more filling breakfast
