This is super easy, super good and super beautiful! You can find this recipe everywhere on the internet πŸ™‚ so I gave it a try as well. This is my version: less preserve, more apple.

1 dairy free puff pastry base
1 apple
2 tsp apricot jam (100% from fruit)
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp powdered sugar

1. Cut puff pastry base in strips (5 cm wide)
2. Mix 2 tsp of apricot jam with 1 tsp hot water
3. Cut the apple in two, remove core, peel and slice thinly
4. Spread each puff pastry strip with the jam using a pastry brush, place the apple slices along the top, fold and roll the puff pastry up
5. Place the roses in muffin baking tin, spread 1 tbsp sugar on top of the roses and bake for 45 minutes at 180Β°
6. Decorate with powdered sugar
