GARGANELLI WITH SOY CREAM AND SALMON

It literally takes 10 minutes to prepare this pasta. For 3-4 people you will need 200 gr of sliced salmon and 200 ml of soy cream. While the pasta is cooking, cut the salmon into small peaces, heat it into a pan with 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil and some pepper; add the cream and cook at very low heat. Once the pasta is cooked, add it to the pan and stir. Enjoy ๐Ÿ™‚
