Monday Blues? No problem! Chocolate and chia seeds are the perfect combination to start your week. Cocoa is well known to increase the serotonin level in your brain while chia seeds have plenty of healthy nutrients, which will give you the energy to get up, get dressed and get to work! 🙂 Plus, these muffins are dairy free! No butter = less calories.

I can’t think of a better way to start the week 🙂

I have used the same recipe of my dairy free chocolate cake  and just added a couple of tablespoons of chia seeds. The doses for the cake are enough for 12 medium size muffins (or 16 if you are using Ikea small baking cups like me). This is an excellent way to hide chia seeds in your food if you are not a super fan.
