This recipe comes straight from Hawaii; I have spent my honeymoon in Maui these days last year. So nostalgic!

3 ripe bananas
2 eggs
100 gr brown sugar
50 gr vegetable oil
1 vanilla pod
220 gr plain flour
16 gr baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
pinch of salt

1. Blend bananas, eggs, sugar, oil and seeds of vanilla together for about 30 seconds
2. Put the mixture in a bowl and gradually add flour, baking powder and pinch of salt
3. Bake in a plum cake mould for 45 minutes at 180° fan or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean
