DAIRY FREE PLUMCAKE

4 eggs
200 gr white sugar
200 gr all purpose flour
50 gr cornflour
125 gr soy yogurt (plain or coconut)
100 ml vegetable oil
16 gr baking powder

1. Whisk eggs and sugar until light an fluffy
2. Add flours gradually and mix well
3. Add yogurt and oil and mix well
3. Finally add baking powder
4. Bake for 40 minutes at 180° or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean
