This recipe is so easy that even my husband could do it! And he really can’t cook. So dear husbands, you have no more excuses 🙂

4 eggs
200 gr white sugar
200 gr all purpose flour
50 gr cornflour
150 gr vegetable oil
16 gr baking powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract

1. Whisk eggs and sugar until light an fluffy
2. Add flours gradually and mix well
3. Add oil and vanilla extract and mix well
3. Finally add baking powder
4. Bake in an angel fool cake tin for 40 minutes at 180° or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean
