RAW DAIRY FREE CHOCOLATE AND COCONUT BALLS

A great and quick idea for your chocolate cravings. Excellent for a summer snack, I love them to accompany a coffee.

INGREDIENTS FOR 12 BALLS
100 gr pitted dates
60 gr shredded coconuts (30 gr for the mixture + 30 gr to decorate)
70 gr almonds
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut milk

1. Soak dates in cold water for at least 1 hour
2. Grind almonds
3. Add other ingredients and process until well combined
4. Using your hands shape the mixture into 12 balls and coat with remaining shredded coconut
5. Let them set in the fridge for at least 1 hour
