DAIRY FREE BANANA BREAD WITH YOGURT

This recipe just happened by mistake: one day I really wanted to bake a banana bread but I didn’t have enough bananas. So, I decided to add some soy yogurt instead and it came out the softest banana bread ever! Paradise!

2 ripe bananas
2 eggs
50gr vegetable oil
100gr moscovado sugar
125gr soy yogurt
1 vanilla pod
220gr flour
16gr baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/4 tsp salt

βœ… mix crashed bananas with sugar, eggs, oil, yoghurt
βœ… add rest of ingredients

βœ… bake 180 degrees fan for 35-40 mins
