Vegan Banana Pancakes

I am literally addicted to this recipe. There’s no better way to start a weekend.

Ingredients:
• 1 ripe 🍌 (smashed)
• 1 1/2 cup soy milk (or any other plant based milk)
• 1 1/2 cup flour (or oatmeal)
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• pinch bicarbonate of soda
• 2 tbsp shredded coconut
• 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

👉🏻 mix all together and cook in a non sticky pan
